So often we get stuck in the future. In the world we live in we're always thinking about what we will be doing in 5 years from now, and how we will be doing 20 years down the road. But the wonderful things about our physical bodies is that it reminds us that we can only be here and now. We can only be exactly where we are. Remember we cannot exist in the future. Most of the things we worry about are the things that never come to be. May you all stay present in this moment of your lives and with true intentions, things will fall into place.
